Why A Certification Program?
Over the years, CFVRMA has had many requests to assist new VRM's with the task of understanding what is required for proper management. While each manager has their own "style" there are certain requirements that all must adhere to. On the other hand we saw a growing need for managers to have a resource which could lay a knowledgable foundation for the industry along with providing a means of consistency for interpretation. Additionally, there is always a need for continuing education and updates for maintaining an edge within the vacation rental managment. This program currently fills the need for a certified VRM and has been compiled by managers with over 40 years of experience in the industry.
